Steeve Robitaille

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Bombardier Inc.

Steeve Robitaille is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Bombardier Inc. since May 2019. In this role, he leads the company’s legal function and is responsible for Bombardier’s corporate governance matters, as well as insurance and risk management programs.

Steeve has more than 25 years of high-level legal and transaction experience. Prior to joining Bombardier, he served as Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, Merger and Acquisitions and Corporate Secretary for WSP, one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, since 2017.

Previously, Mr. Robitaille was a senior partner at the law firm Stikeman Elliott, where he practiced corporate law for over 20 years and was a member of its Partnership Board and Executive Committee.

Mr. Robitaille obtained his Law degree from Laval University and is a member of the Québec Bar Association.
