The Pusan Urban Transport Authority (PUTA), through Lucky Goldstar, awarded Bombardier Transportation a contract for the in-house design, installation and commissioning of a CITYFLO 350 solution.
The CITYFLO 350 solution supplied includes EBI Lock computer-based interlockings, EBI Switch point machines, automatic train protection and EBI Cab ATC onboard equipment with jointless audio frequency coded track circuits.
Pusan line 2 is 40 km long with up to 46 vehicles running on the line between the 39 stations. 46 vehicles were equipped with ATP and ATO equipment.
