Laurent Troger is President, Rolling Stock Atlantic and Services, Bombardier Transportation.
Mr. Troger originally joined Bombardier in November 2004 as Vice President, Services for the European region. In 2008, he was appointed to the position of President, Services. Since then his role has been expanded to include the rolling stock businesses in the United Kingdom, France and Benelux .
Prior to joining Bombardier, Mr. Troger worked for 15 years at Alstom Transport, where he held several leading positions including, Senior Vice President for Transportation Systems managing turnkey projects, which integrated rolling stocks and infrastructure into advanced and highly performing transportation system; Vice President for Transportation Information Systems managing high-tech projects, which have brought increasing safety and capacity to transit and railway operations and various functions in the embedded train control systems business unit.
Mr. Troger previously spent two years working for Sagem as Telecom Engineer.
He holds a degree in engineering from l’E.N.S.T.A. in France and spent two years in the French Navy, specializing in system engineering of embedded weapon systems.
