Our commercial aircraft segment combines the CRJ Series, the Q-Series and the CSeries aircraft families. Our twinjet and turboprop airliners have revolutionized the industry, providing operators with unparalleled options for development while minimizing operating costs. The CRJ and Q-Series aircraft are renowned throughout the industry, with the CRJ Series recognized as the most successful commercial jet program in history.
Our CSeries is the only family of aircraft designed specifically for the lower end of the 100- to 149-seat market. These aircraft will be built with superior operating economics, environmental friendliness, life-cycle support, operational flexibility, and reliability levels. Entry into service is targeted for 2013. - Bombardier Amphibious Aircraft
The world's most productive firefighting aircraft, our Bombardier 415 can be configured for a wide range of multi-mission capabilities, including search and rescue, maritime patrol, law enforcement, and environmental control.
Jet Travel Solutions
- Bombardier Flexjet
Through the North American Flexjet program, owners purchase shares of business aircraft with operations and support, including flight crew, maintenance, hangar fees and insurance. The Flexjet 25 jet card program, operated by Jet Solutions L.L.C., provides travel-by-the-hour on the Flexjet 25 fleet of Bombardier aircraft. - Bombardier Skyjet
The North American Skyjet program offers both on-demand and flight time entitlement charter services. The Skyjet program arranges for its customers’ business jet charters with selected air charter operators.
Specialized Aircraft Solutions
Bombardier Specialized Aircraft Solutions delivers turnkey solutions on time and on budget. A dedicated team of in-house engineering resources focuses its extensive expertise and know-how on meeting special mission requirements. Our in-house aircraft modification and system integration capabilities provide a one-stop shop for specialized needs.

We operate major parts distribution centres at two of the world’s busiest airport hubs: Chicago and Frankfurt. These super-sized, state-of-the-art facilities stand at the heart of an integrated global supply chain of more than 50 maintenance service centres. This is how we ensure customers get the part they need, when they need it. - Maintenance Services
Wherever Bombardier aircraft fly, our global maintenance services network delivers quality, at:- Seven Bombardier-owned service centres

- 41 independently managed authorized service facilities and line maintenance facilities worldwide
- Training Services
The Bombardier Aerospace Customer Training Centre (BACT) provides complete flight crew and maintenance training services. We train pilots and technicians with the most up-to-date information on Bombardier aircraft, systems and configurations. Our comprehensive training solutions meet all regulatory requirements and each customer’s specific needs. - Military Aviation Training (MAT)
In collaboration with a team of subcontractors, our Military Aviation Training (MAT) unit delivers integrated training solutions. MAT currently runs two major Canadian military aviation training programs: NATO Flying Training in Canada (“NFTC”) and the CF-18 Advanced Distributed Combat Training System (“ADCTS”). - Customer Response Centres
Our Customer Response Centres (CRCs) provide operators with a single point of contact, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for all routine, critical and AOG requests. Wherever customers fly, the CRC team rapidly handles requests to return aircraft to service as quickly as possible. - Technical Support
An international team of dedicated experts is trained to rapidly resolve any technical issues, keeping Bombardier aircraft where they belongs – in the air. Around the clock, around the world, we focus on supporting aircraft and exceeding customers' expectations. - Technical Publications
We produce comprehensive technical documentation on the operation, maintenance, support and retrofit of Bombardier aircraft. The Technical Publications group provides timely documentation updates and support throughout an aircraft’s lifecycle. - Online Services
Our customer web portals provide our operators, partners and suppliers with a single point of entry for all online services. These user friendly sites offer convenient, one-stop access to technical data, publications, resources and tools.
