Steven A. Ridolfi

Senior Vice President, Bombardier Inc.

With more than thirty years of experience at Bombardier, Mr. Ridolfi was appointed Senior Vice President, Bombardier Inc. on January 1, 2014.

Previous to his current appointment, Mr. Ridolfi was President, Bombardier Business Aircraft. Mr. Ridolfi’s experience with a highly complex, customer focused business along with his knowledge and expertise of aircraft product development, has helped establish Bombardier as an undisputed leader in Business Aviation.

Mr. Ridolfi’s previous assignments included leading the Regional Aircraft division through the successful CRJ family of aircraft growth era.

Mr. Ridolfi has had a distinguished career with Bombardier, dating back to 1982, when he joined de Havilland as a Structural Dynamics Engineer. He has progressed through many of the company’s divisions, holding positions in engineering, airline analysis, marketing, product development, customer support and operations, becoming consecutively Vice President, Marketing and Product Planning; Vice President and General Manager, Marketing and Operations; Executive Vice President, Programs and Strategic Planning for Bombardier Aerospace; and President of both Bombardier Regional Aircraft and Bombardier Business Aircraft divisions.

Mr. Ridolfi holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University and is a graduate from Harvard University’s Program for Management Development.
