Éric Martel

President and Chief Executive Officer

Éric Martel was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier in the spring of 2020. Since then, he has been a driving force behind Bombardier’s successful repositioning as a company purely focused on business aviation. Under his leadership, Bombardier is evolving its industry-leading portfolio of business jets and expanding its service footprint around the world while delivering strong financial results.

Bart Demosky

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Bart Demosky was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November 2020. He brings to Bombardier recognized leadership and extensive experience acquired within public industrial companies undergoing transformation.

Éric Filion

Executive Vice President, Programs and Supply Chain

Éric Filion was named Executive Vice President, Programs and Supply Chain in 2023. In his role, Mr. Filion is responsible for ensuring Bombardier’s refined portfolio of products continues to set the benchmark in the industry and the company’s supply chain stands as best-in-class to support its worldwide operations.  

Jean-Christophe Gallagher

Executive Vice President, Aircraft Sales & Bombardier Defense

Jean-Christophe Gallagher is now mandated to curate exceptional experiences for Bombardier aircraft customers and expand the market reach of the company’s industry-leading business jets. In addition to heading the Aircraft Sales team, Mr. Gallagher is also responsible for the growth and strategic expansion of Bombardier Defense, which leverages the company’s comprehensive aircraft portfolio to deliver customized solutions for specialized mission needs. 

David Murray

Executive Vice President, Manufacturing, IT and Bombardier Operational Excellence System

David Murray is responsible for all aerostructures, assembly and completion activities, as well as Bombardier’s transformation through its Operational Excellence system and IT roadmap.

Paul Sislian

Executive Vice President, Bombardier Aftermarket Services & Strategy

Mr. Sislian was named to his current position in 2023 and oversees the operations and evolution of the company’s long-term strategy to expand the aftermarket business. He leads its worldwide network organization of approximately 3,000 support professionals across 14 countries to ensure an exceptional experience for each Bombardier operator.  

Daniel Brennan

Senior Vice President, People and Sustainability

Daniel (Dan) Brennan joined Bombardier in February 2017 and is the Senior Vice President, People and Sustainability. In this role, he leads Bombardier’s global HR function. His responsibilities include building and executing world-class strategies for talent development, employee engagement and labor relations in support of the Company’s turnaround plan.

Pierre Gagnon, Ad. E.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Pierre Gagnon is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In this role, he leads the work of all members of the Corporate Legal team and of the Contracts and Legal Services teams, other than those associated with aircraft transactions.

Stephen McCullough

Senior Vice President, Engineering and Product Development

Stephen McCullough is responsible for overseeing all engineering and new product development activities at Bombardier. With over 30 years of experience within the company, Mr. McCullough played a key role in the development of Bombardier’s new aircraft programs, and he now leverages his extensive aerospace experience and expertise to lead the Engineering and Product Development organization.

Ève Laurier

Vice President, Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs

Ève Laurier was appointed Vice President, Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs at Bombardier in May 2021. A seasoned professional and senior executive leader, Ms. Laurier brings more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in public relations, communications, corporate marketing and branding to Bombardier.

Martin LeBlanc

Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

Martin LeBlanc is Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. In his role, Mr. LeBlanc is responsible for overseeing Bombardier’s corporate ethics and compliance programs and ensuring the company continues to uphold the highest standards in adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
