CITYFLO 650 – Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, USA

The 64-vehicle SkyLink system, commissioned in April 2005, uses the Bombardier CITYFLO 650 solution.

The CITYFLO 650 solution includes an EBI Com radio block centre, EBI Cab ATC onboard equipment and an EBI Screen control room and supervisory system.

The CITYFLO 650 system ensures that SkyLink passengers enjoy short waiting times at stations - the longest trip between the furthest two stations is less than nine minutes, with an average ride of only five minutes. The CITYFLO 650 solution permits a greater degree of flexibility in handling peak passenger demands, while making sure that trains operate on schedule.

At 16 km long, this landmark system is the world's largest high-speed airport train system. It marked the debut of the Bombardier Innovia, Bombardier Transportation's latest generation of people movers.
